Our ESD-Safe ABS or PC filament is formulated for a wide array of applications that require electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection and thermal stability. Great for use in Jigs, connectors, enclosures, circuit board conformal masking and computer components.

Not all 3D printed ESD materials are made equally, ESD materials should not be too conductive so as not to damage components with a sudden discharge, but conductive enough to dissipate charges smoothly. Here at MakeThis.nz we use known quality materials and can check & approve components based on customer requirements.  Just because a material says “ESD safe” or “conductive” it does not guarantee that the material is correct for safe electrostatic discharge.
